Faissal Zahrawi, MD, FACS is a double-board certified surgeon and the founder of Celebration Minimally Invasive Spine Institute. Recognized as a pioneer in the field of minimally invasive spine surgery, Dr. Zahrawi has been in practice for over 25 years and is a respected clinician, speaker, and consultant to industry.
Dr. Zahrawi’s memberships and affiliations include the Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery (SMISS) and service on the credentialing committee of the American Board of Spine Surgery. He serves as assistant professor at the University of Central Florida, College of Medicine and is an expert in minimally invasive surgery and microsurgery of the spine. Dr. Zahrawi was an early champion of minimally disruptive surgical techniques and remains at the forefront of medicine by publishing scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and maintaining advanced certification in his specialty.
